"We harvested two tons of Dry Creek Sauvignon Blanc in August of 2018 and fermented it in drums and a new French oak barrel. The vines saw no synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides or fungicides. When the fermentation was finished we stirred the lees a few times over a couple of months, added a light amount of Sulfur Dioxide to protect the wine, and then bottled it. This wine was unfiltered and unfined. The alcohol is 12.8%. This wine is a pure and natural representation of Sauvignon Blanc from Dry Creek Valley." - Winemaker
